1. Does gizmoszone.com ship order to my country?
Yes, we do! We provide global service to Paypal qualified countries.

2. Does gizmoszone have a minimum order amount
(MOA) or any handling charge?
In order to encourge our customer to buy more merchandises, we do
not have any handling change except shipping cost. The MOA of each purchase
is US$10. Our shopping cart will not accept the total amount of purchase
order lower than US$10. You are requested to buy more acticles to go

3. I don't have a PayPal account and I'd rather
not create one. How can I pay?
PayPal offers the option of paying with a credit card even if you don't
have a PayPal account.
When you're ready to pay, you'll be taken over to the checkout at PayPal.
There you'll see two options: "Don't Have a PayPal Account?"
and "Have a PayPal Account?"

4. What currency does Gizmoszone.com accept?
If you use Credit Card, We will charge US Dollar from your Credit Card.
Your Credit Card issue bank will charge you your own country currency
calculated by update exchange rate at that day. No additional service
charge at all.

5. How is the shipping methods and charges?
We provide you 2 shipping methods, registered air mail and speedpost
(FEDEX like courier service).
The shipping charges will be quoted automatically after you complete
your order form. The shipping charges are based on weight and different
destination as your shipping address fill in.
In general, we will ship out your items within 2 working days once
payment is confirmed. The below table is for your reference:

6. How is gizmoszone's return policy ?
It is recommanded that buyers should check the specification before
place an order.
Please email us if in advance if you have question. We accept returns
under the following conditions:
a) We need to be notified of the return within 3 business days of your
receipt of the product.
b) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If your
child opens a toy, plays with it or breaks it, we will not accept it
back. If un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right
to deduct up to 70% from your refund.
Please pack your returns carefully. Merchandise refunds are usually
issued within 7 business days of receipt, shipping cost will not refund
any time and reasons.
c) If the return was not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts
full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee
will be deducted from your refund. Shipping & handling fees are
non-refundable in any condition.
d) If the return was due to manufacture defective or an error of ours
(i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility
for re-shipping the right product to you. Please feel free to contact

7. What will gizmoszone.com do if my parcel
does not arrive?
First, please give sufficient time for the parcel to reach you, the
late arrival may delay 2-4 days due to many reasons.
Once you have confirmed the failure of shipment, you need go through
the Parcel "Late Arrival" investigate procedures.
Each shipped Registered Air Mail Parcel have tracking number to trace.
If your parcel haven't arrive, we will trace with the tracking form
and submit to Post Office. Post Office will contact your country postal
administration that will need take 3 weeks to 2 months investigation
and we will email the copy of the Post Office standard reply letter.
Once we received the confirmation from Post Office Post the parcel didn't
reach on your hand, then we will refund or resend the next new one to
